Cancellations

– All cancellations will incur a 20% deduction for transactional fees and other charges.
– For post-dispatch cancellations, kindly refuse the order when our delivery partner attempts delivery. Once the shipment status is updated to “RTO” (Return to Origin), we will cancel your order and initiate a refund.
– Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy

– We take pride in our double-layered packaging and inspection process, ensuring minimal damage. However, in case of damage or manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement guarantee.
– To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
– If the product is out of stock, we will provide a refund.

Refund Policy

– Returns will only be accepted for damaged products, physical defects, or incorrect shipments.
– To process a return, email us at mailto: (email id) with photos and videos within 24 hours of receipt.
– Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the invoice is missing.
– Upon receiving the return, we’ll inspect and validate the claim. If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
– If the return is not eligible, the request will be rejected, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
– For online payments, the refund will be processed back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, or wallet) within 7 working days of approval.
